In 2038, with technology and internet addiction making people solitary, the population of the country has severely decreased and the Ministry of Solitude is founded. Rüzgar lives in a virtual world e-happily. He begins to question his loneliness and happiness with the news.

In June 2018, he shot his first short film, 'PAIN,' which had a duration of 6 minutes and 30 seconds. In early 2021, he completed a film titled 'CRACKED,' and in the mid-2021, he finished a collaborative short film between Turkey and Uzbekistan called 'THE RETURN.' At the end of 2021, he released a film called 'E-HAPPINESS.'
